- Introduction: These Terms of Use govern your use of our Transportation Service, including any related mobile application and website. By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our service.
- Service Availability: Scheduling for our transportation service is available 24/7, subject to vehicle availability and operational constraints. We do not guarantee that a car will always be available at your requested time or location.
- Booking and Cancellations
Booking: You can book car service through our mobile app, website, or by phone. Please ensure that all booking details provided are accurate.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. - Fares and Payments
- Fare Calculation: Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and any applicable surcharges. Estimated fares provided before the trip are subject to change based on unforeseen circumstances such as delays, flight cancellations and other factors. Fees could be added based on time of day. +$10 for pickup times between 12midnight and 6:59am
- International Travel: ATX Car Service will charge additional fees for wait times of one hour or more.
